The Stand Adventure: Our World

Jesus’ last recorded earthly words to his disciples (in Matthew 28) was to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe the good news of Jesus’ message and of the love of God is the hope of nations. Just as we are called to pursue justice and love in our city, so we are called to be on mission to the world around us as emissaries of God’s love. We are committed to learning and growing as we explore and delight in the manifestations of God’s creative work and presence in cultures around the globe.

The ministries of The Stand Adventure: Our World are committed to proclaiming the good news of new life in Jesus in tangible ways around the world.

David and Lindsay HOOGENDAM: Having formerly served as missionaries in China, David and Lindsay are interning with G42, learning to propel their hands to act for God’s kingdom around the globe.
